One of the most important aspects of managing a condominium corporation is the enforcement of city by-laws, and the rules and regulations of the declaration. In order to provide Owners with the sense of the security they deserve, feel that all rules must be enforced consistently and must be adhered to by both Owners & Tenants. Vista will work to ensure that any owner or tenant found in contravention of the rules and regulations will be informed of the infraction and dealt with in a professional and courteous manner in accordance with the Condominium Act of Ontario and the documents of the Corporation.
