Vista Property Management has been successfully providing property management services for over 40 years.
My father Vince Cianfarani started the business in 1979. He began with limited properties and over time steadily increased the portfolio. He did not want the business to get any larger because he wanted a hands-on approach to all the properties he managed. This is an old school approach that is not done in this day and age.
I try to keep the same standards that my father instilled in me that made him a well liked and successful property manager.
We pride ourself with personal service. In our 40 years, we have built a reputation for providing our clients with a focused, common sense approach.

Mark Cianfarani, President
My name is Mark Cianfarani, I am the principal owner of Vista Property Management Inc. I began my career in 1990 as a maintenance person within a condominium my father managed. I worked in all aspects of property maintenance from drywall, plaster, concrete....a jack of all trades.
In 1992 I became an Assistant Property Manager for Vista. My first day on the job I boarded a convoy of school buses headed to the former city hall of Etobicoke. My father had arranged a sit-in, in the chambers of City Hall with many owners to try and make the councilors aware of the overcrowding problem that began to flourish at one of the condos managed by Vista. Needless to say, it was a very interesting experience.
In 1995 I became a member of the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO) and obtained my Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) designation in 1996. Since then my portfolio has included residential, industrial and commercial condominiums.
Working as a property manager for the last 26 years has been very interesting to say the least. During this time, I have been involved with every aspect of Management. In my opinion, regardless of the size or type of property, all properties in Ontario are managed the same way. I have a specific strategy which has been proven to be successful.
