3 Generations of Management Expertise Beginning in 1979
Founded in 1979 by Vince Cianfarani, Vista Property Management Inc. was built on the belief that strong property management starts with relationships, communication, and being present for clients and residents alike. An Italian immigrant to Canada, Vince believed in taking a personal approach to management, thinking creatively to solve complex problems, and making himself visible and available to the communities he served. He often said that most issues could be resolved through conversation, and that listening was one of the most important qualities a manager could have. Although Vince passed away in February 2025, his philosophy and legacy continue to guide Vista today.
Today, Vista is led by Vince’s son, Mark Cianfarani, and grandson, Mitchell Cianfarani, who continue to build upon the values and principles that have guided the company since its founding. While remaining committed to Vince’s belief in personal service, accessibility, and practical problem-solving, they have also embraced modern management practices, technology, and industry best practices to meet the evolving needs of today’s condominium communities.
Together, they remain dedicated to providing responsive, professional management while carrying forward the legacy that has defined Vista for more than four decades.
