Amended the Declaration of a Corporation to transfer the ownership of the windows from the owners to the Corporation. Completing this allowed for the Corporation to manage the complete replacement of the windows for all of the unit owners in the building resulting in savings for the unit owners in both the cost of the replacement of the windows and also in utility expenses as reflected in the maintenance fees of the Corporation.

Window Replacement Cost $2.5 million resulting in an estimated savings of approximately $ 375,000 per year.
