Site inspections are done primarily to ensure properties are maintained. We will recommend and implement changes to improve the overall condition of the property, in accordance with the operating budget and reserve fund plan. Over the years we have participated in the planning, budgeting, and completion of several large-scale maintenance projects. Our portfolio is complete with projects ranging from landscaping, to parking lot repairs, to balcony replacements, to irrigation system installs.
