Financial Management

We offer a complete financial package. We firmly believe that properties can withstand many obstacles with a healthy financial strategy.  Common fees must be collected, on time, therefore, we are very much committed to keeping track and making sure these fees are collected in a timely manner in accordance with the documents of the property and the applicable laws of Ontario.

 

Transparency is also very important to us. Owners should be fully and completely aware of where their hard earned money goes. We use a combination of industry experience and intuitive software to provide an extremely detailed record of all the transactions happening within the corporation, and with this record, we are able to construct realistic budgets and accurate (monthly/quarterly as required) financial statements. Since this data is stored electronically we are able to give owners first hand access to these documents for review anytime, anywhere.  

 

Another aspect of our financial planning is creating realistic budgets. Properties need to be maintained, period. Without the necessary funds, properties will degrade over time and this hurts everyone involved.

 

All accounting is based on an accrual basis. We follow the (GAAP) generally accepted accounting principles in financial reporting.
