Lower North Parking Lot Repaving - Week of June 8, 2026

Please be advised that York Condominium Corporation No. 60 will be completing repaving work in the lower north parking lot beginning the week of June 8, 2026.


This work forms part of the Corporation’s ongoing maintenance and capital improvement program intended to preserve the property and maintain safe and functional parking areas for residents and visitors. Due to the nature of the work, vehicles parked within the affected areas must be temporarily relocated for the duration of the repairs - approximately 3 days weather permitting.


Residents affected by the project will receive separate notices with further instructions regarding vehicle relocation requirements and temporary parking accommodations. During the construction period, residents may utilize visitor parking and designated permit parking areas where available. Vehicles are not permitted to park in reserved stalls assigned to other residents, fire routes, or restricted areas.


Every effort will be made to complete the work as efficiently as possible; however, temporary disruptions and restricted access to portions of the parking area should be expected while paving operations are underway.
