
PCC 437 Property Update – Spring 2026

Management would like to provide owners with an update regarding several ongoing projects and initiatives currently being reviewed for Peel Condominium Corporation No. 437.
At this time, management is actively procuring estimates and proposals for a number of property improvement projects aimed at maintaining and enhancing the long-term condition, functionality, and appearance of the Corporation. These initiatives include asphalt repaving repairs, interlock repaving and restoration work, landscaping improvements throughout the property, and bathroom restoration work within the common areas.
In addition, management is in the process of obtaining a proposal from an engineering consultant to prepare specifications and planning documents for future window replacement projects. Establishing engineering specifications in advance will assist the Corporation with long-term capital planning and future project budgeting.
Management is also currently processing the recent Metrolinx expropriation compensation settlement. Administrative processing and ownership verification are underway, and compensation cheques are anticipated to be prepared and available for distribution by mid-June 2026.
